Announcing Thrive's first Poles in the Park Program!
We have the green light on our socially distanced outdoor exercise class. Let's get some fresh air, socialize, and MOVE!!!
15 minute warm up, pole instruction (standing)
30 minutes of walking
15 minute stretching cool down (standing)
Participants must be able to walk unassisted and balance on a grassy surface. No prior experience necessary- I will teach you how to use poles!
If you need poles, please let me know and I am happy to make recommendations.
All are welcome to join (spouses too!)!
